Concepts — a reading order
Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.
The concept pages are a single story told in pieces. Read in this order they explain what jinflow is, what it behaves like day to day, what it believes, what it costs, and how it holds up under pressure.
If you only have ten minutes, read The jinflow and The Four Convictions. The first gives you the shape, the second gives you the reasons. Everything else fills the gap between.
1. The jinflow
Section titled “1. The jinflow”The principal mental model — three views of the same shape.
- Overview — the five names (Observations, Knowledge, Data, Understanding, Progress) and the diamond they form. Start here, even if you only read one page.
- Growing the diamond, stage by stage — how the model takes shape from a single seed across fifteen stages. Read this if the topology felt dense on first contact.
- The Noun Topology — every concept jinflow uses, in one diagram. Sixteen nouns across five colour bands. The reference card you’ll come back to when a Signal, a Verdict, a Statement, or a Contributing Factor stops meaning what you thought it meant.
2. The Cycle — make, explore, evolve, publish
Section titled “2. The Cycle — make, explore, evolve, publish”The shape becomes motion.
- The Cycle — four verbs (
makebuilds, explorereveals, evolvedrafts, publishcommits) move data through three stores (AFS, OPS, KLS) in a closed loop. The Jinflow tells you the shape; the Cycle tells you what runs every day.
3. Words
Section titled “3. Words”Reserved engine words on one side, three packs’ domain vocabularies on the other.
- Words — every engine term in one table; numetrix, hr/central, and Millésime side by side as concrete examples of how Anchor and Fact get pack-specific names. The boundary between what the engine knows and what a domain pack adds, made visible.
4. The Four Convictions
Section titled “4. The Four Convictions”Why jinflow is shaped the way it is.
- The Four Convictions — Declarative, Transparent, Independent, Human. The beliefs every design decision falls out of. Read them and the rest of the architecture stops looking like opinion and starts looking like consequence.
5. Setup is the analysis
Section titled “5. Setup is the analysis”The pack is a head start. The analysis is the work.
- Setup is the analysis — the honest reality of onboarding a new tenant: what it costs in time, why that cost is the value, and how to budget the four weeks before the first confirmed thesis lands. Read this before promising any stakeholder that jinflow will be running by next Friday.
6. P2P2P — Data Sovereignty
Section titled “6. P2P2P — Data Sovereignty”Your data. Your machine. Their browser.
- P2P2P — how jinflow lets a team look at sensitive data together without ever sending it anywhere. The engineering behind the Sovereignty Principle.
When you’re done with the arc, the next layer is the Senses (architecture) and the Guides (practice).
