• jin inspect reads extract:/channels shapes, renders out-of-band feeds honestly
• jin inspect/extract reads channels (was extract_entries-only) — the surface was empty for every tenant

• the bottom-right corner had three tenants and no owner — the Docent covered the Link chip
• Docent launcher yields the bottom-right corner to the Link chip (sm+)
• a canary spec had been red for three weeks behind two blindfolds
