Concepts — a reading order

The concept pages are a single story told in pieces. Read in this order they explain what jinflow is, what it behaves like day to day, what it believes, what it costs, and how it holds up under pressure.

If you only have ten minutes, read The jinflow and The Four Convictions. The first gives you the shape, the second gives you the reasons. Everything else fills the gap between.

1. The jinflow

The principal mental model — three views of the same shape.

• Overview — the five names (Observations, Knowledge, Data, Understanding, Progress) and the diamond they form. Start here, even if you only read one page.
• Growing the diamond, stage by stage — how the model takes shape from a single seed across fifteen stages. Read this if the topology felt dense on first contact.
• The Noun Topology — every concept jinflow uses, in one diagram. Sixteen nouns across five colour bands. The reference card you’ll come back to when a Signal, a Verdict, a Statement, or a Contributing Factor stops meaning what you thought it meant.

2. The Cycle — make, explore, evolve, publish

The shape becomes motion.

3. Words

4. The Four Convictions

Why jinflow is shaped the way it is.

5. Setup is the analysis

The pack is a head start. The analysis is the work.
